Located in the urbanization el Tossalet, it is based on the book and the film "Son de mar", a love story, with round trips, located in the area of La Marina and filmed in Denia and surroundings.

Villa Son de Mar, is a project of research, re-interpretation, and transformation of a "blank paper", turned into an architectural proposal that shows a love for "Mediterranean architecture"; a trip in search of its own style, a brand or a "manifest house", through the PLACE, IDEATION, TECTONICA AND GEOMETRY of the proposal, in order to find a client who inhabits this small history or architectural dream, with visuals to Montgó and the bay of Jávea.

A design with feeling, unique and innovative, integrated into its nearest environment, embedded and elevated, in and on the mountain, with "marine" reminiscences; waiting for it to sail over the Mediterranean, waiting for patron and sailor; and perhaps, just perhaps with enthusiasm, work, luck and a little ARCHITECTURE with capital letters, the ship returns to port, to enjoy our dream and be able to share it; In short: A DREAM OF SEA ...
